Windows XP screen not refreshing properly

1.  Please check you have SP3 installed.
2.  If SP3 is installed, please try installing the Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 Client Update

System not logging in on first use

Double check that your username has been entered with the prefix MyHosted\

Unable to log in - No message

1. When trying to connect, there will be a button in the lower-left corner marked 'Details'. Click this.
2. The system will bring up a message explaining the issue (e.g. an incorrect password)
3. If the message isn't self-explanatory, please contact us on the phone number above.
