1. Please check you have SP3 installed.
2. If SP3 is installed, please try installing the Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 Client Update
Double check that your username has been entered with the prefix MyHosted\
1. When trying to connect, there will be a button in the lower-left corner marked 'Details'. Click this.
2. The system will bring up a message explaining the issue (e.g. an incorrect password)
